Situated five kilometres from the Central Business District of Adelaide, the school is well serviced by public transport systems including a special school bus from the centre of the city. Students travel to school from across the Adelaide metropolitan area.
There are three special express buses for the students of Adelaide Secondary School of English. They are all called "School Bus O".
